• Handling: Handle with extreme care. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces or sharp objects that may snag the silk satin or dislodge hand-sewn stones.
• Storage: Store in a protective garment bag or its original box to protect the hand-placed glass stones from moisture and dust.

Is everything made to order?
Yes. Every Faye Dreamgirl piece is made for you, after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand — just for you. Each piece takes 2–4 weeks to make.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres. If you are between sizes, contact us with your measurements and we will tell you exactly which to choose.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Once your piece is finished, shipping takes 5–10 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Because everything is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will sort it immediately.
Where are your pieces made?
Our lingerie is handmade in Hanoi at a small women-owned atelier. Our corsetry is made in Japan and Paris. Our swimwear is made in Bali, and our embroidery and hand embellishment are crafted in India.
