At Faye Dreamgirl, every piece is produced specifically for your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Standard sizes (XS–XL)
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are accepted on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.
- We cover the cost of return shipping — contact us and we'll send you a prepaid label.
- No cash refunds. Exchanges only.
To request an exchange, email us at press@fayedreamgirl.la. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Custom and fully personalised pieces
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Delivery timeline
Each piece is produced after your order is placed. Please allow 1 month for production and delivery. This timeline applies to all international orders.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at press@fayedreamgirl.la with photos. We'll make it right.
